1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
- The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Certain items may not be eligible for return due to their nature (see Section 2 below).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and health regulations, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for certain items, including:
- Adult Toys and Lingerie: For health and safety reasons, all adult toys and lingerie are non-returnable if the packaging seal has been broken or the items have been worn or used.
These restrictions are in place to protect the health and safety of our customers.
3. Return Process
If you would like to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Once we receive your request, we will review it and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with instructions on how to ship your item back to us. - Return Shipping
You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. - Packaging
Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included. Any items returned without their original packaging or that show signs of use may not be eligible for a refund. - Return Address

4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, a refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
- Rejected Refunds: If your return is not approved, we will notify you via email with an explanation, and the item will be returned to you.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with details and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering a replacement or a full refund for the defective item, at no additional cost.
